When you dine at The Marke Kitchen this Christmas, you will enjoy a buffet lunch with Christmas favourites, seafood options, a selection of hot and cold dishes and desserts, a 3-hour beverage package including house sparkling wine, house wine and beer. A non-alcoholic beverage package is offered for under 18’s. Enjoy Christmas theming, live music and a visit from Santa! Plus, all children 12 years and under will receive a present from Santa.

Feast on breads, dips, antipasto, salads, glazed ham, roast turkey, roast beef, pan-fried barramundi, roast vegetables, steamed greens, pulled mushroom gnocchi, cooked local tiger prawns, Sydney rock oysters, blue swimmer crabs, Tasmanian smoked salmon, marinated New Zealand green-lipped mussels, fruit mince pies, pavlova and more!

- A merchant service fee of 1.4% for American Express, Visa, MasterCard, JCB will be applied to all credit card payments.
- A full refund will be provided for any cancellations up to 21 days prior to Friday 22nd December 2023. Any cancellations made after this time will forfeit the full amount of the prepayment.
- A valid Accor Plus membership must be held and presented on the day to take advantage of the Accor Plus rate.
- Early bird pricing is available on Adult and Accor Plus tickets for bookings made before Wednesday 1 November.
