Treat yourself and your loved ones to a midweek indulgence with a 5-course champagne dinner at SKAI, Swissôtel The Stamford. Executive Chef Paul Hallett has curated a special menu pairing some of his well-loved creations with elegant champagnes for an exquisite bubbly experience.

Dishes for the evening include Irish oysters with Nashi pear; scallop served with grapefruit, caramelised cauliflower and tapioca; crab cakes; lobster with potato bravas, chorizo and fennel on the side; and strawberry trifle complemented with Taittinger Nocturne Sec.

A valid Accor Plus membership must be presented upon arrival to enjoy this offer.

This is a one-day dining event, no further Accor Plus member dining benefits are applicable on the above price.

This one-day dining event is limited to a maximum of 30 guests for the evening.

A credit card will be required to secure a reservation, and full payment will be made after dinner.

Prices are in Singapore dollars, and are subject to prevailing taxes.

A cancellation fee of $208++ per person will apply should reservation is cancelled 48 hours or less prior to the event.

COVID-19 measures pertaining to dine-in:

Maximum of 2 people per table allowed in a dining party and all must be fully vaccinated.

Unvaccinated children aged 12 and below can be included in the group of 2, as long as they are from the same household.

A person is considered fully vaccinated 2 weeks after they have received 2 doses of the Pfizer-BioNTech/Comirnaty, Moderna or any vaccines listed on the World Health Organisation’s (WHO) Emergency Use Listing (EUL). Other than the Pfizer and Moderna jabs, there are currently five additional vaccines approved under the WHO EUL – AstraZeneca, Johnson & Johnson, Sinopharm, Sinovac and Covishield.

Diners will be required to present proof of vaccination status via the Trace Together or Health Hub app. Diners may also present their Negative COVID-19 Pre-Event Test result (PET) from an approved testing premise done within the past 24 hours before the planned end time of their dining session.

Please present your identification card and the text message of the PET results at the restaurant. Results from self-test kits will not be recognised and are not allowed to be used for dine-in access.
