Sofitel Brisbane Central and Queensland Ballet are delighted to invite you to the technical rehearsal of The Nutcracker as an exclusive festive member experience. Now in its eighth season, Accor Plus members are invited to experience a true behind the scenes look at the final pre-production stage of this iconic ballet.

This classical ballet was first performed in Russia in 1892 and has become a cherished Christmas tradition the world over. Queensland Ballet’s production was choreographed by Ben Stevenson OBE in 1976 and premiered for Brisbane audiences in 2013.

Guests will enjoy light refreshments at QPAC before entering the Lyric Theatre to watch the intricacies of the ballet come to life. Be swept away by this enchanting Christmas Eve story.
