- Discounts on food, beverage, and spa services cannot be combined with any other promotions, packages, or discounts.
- Daily one (1) glass of selected cocktail per person valid during stay. Available at Surf Pool Bar (11:30am–8:00pm) and Riva Bar & Restaurant (12:00pm–9:00pm). Valid for selected cocktails only, as determined by the outlet. Non-alcoholic alternatives may be provided upon request, subject to availability.
- One-time lunch or dinner featuring a two-course set menu from our selections. Available at Riva Bar & Restaurant (12:00pm–9:00pm). Guests may choose between lunch or dinner, not both.
- Unused entitlements cannot be accumulated, refunded, or exchanged for other services.
- All benefits are valid for two (2) persons.
- Cancellation policy: The amount due is not refundable even if the booking is cancelled or modified.
- Guarantee policy: Full amount of stay is payable in advance by Credit Card at the booking time. Payment should be made using valid Credit Card and name on reservation should match credit card, proof of identification (KTP/Passport)
- Members rate conditions: Members must present their card upon check in at the hotel or their member number if they have not yet received their card.
- Maximum 2 rooms at the Members Rate can be booked per member per stay.
- Children Policy: Accommodation is free for 1 child under 12 years old sharing the bedding with parents. Breakfast for 1 child under 12 years old is free if the parents purchase the breakfast.
