Racines, Sofitel Singapore City Centre
Nick

I've been to Racine’s at Sofitel City Centre countless times and cannot fault it. It's chic and stylish, perfect for date night but it’s also quite and has an excellent set lunch which is ideal for when I have to host work associates. I love how it combines French and Chinese influences in its menu with the same dish prepared in two unique ways. On the rare occasion that Maya and I get to have lunch together, we’ve gotten the same meal from opposite sides of the menu just so we can try a bit of both.  One dish that we can always agree on is the signature Lobster bisque. Oh, and did I mention it has a Nespresso station? The perfect remedy for drooping eyes during those long corporate lunches.

No35Sofitel Melbourne on Collins
- Edward

Our recent trip to Melbourne presented me with one of the best meals I've ever had. Everything was exquisite, from the cuisine to the view, to the service. We arrived at about 5:30 pm and luckily had a table right next to the window. The sun was just setting as our wine and starters arrived and it was just lovely. For main I had the Roasted lamb rack and it just melted off the bone. Maureen had the salmon but it was desert when her eyes truly lit up. She’s always had a sweet tooth and the sight of the decadent chocolate tart almost sent a tear rolling down her cheek. It was a beautiful meal and we were so thankful to the staff for a lovely evening.

Social Club RestaurantHotel Des Arts Saigon
- Maria

I have to say one of our favourite dining experiences we've had was Sunday brunch at Social Club Restaurant at Hotel Des Arts Saigon. We'd heard great things and purposely ate a very light meal the night before in order to fully appreciate the brunch. I'm glad we did too! What blew me away was not just the sheer variety of dishes but the quality. And the service too; from the moment we arrived, the staff were beside us to take our lobster order (imagine, an order just for lobster... ). From beginning to (a very full) end, everything we tasted was exceptional. We swapped between lighter local dishes and juicy roasted meats, taking out time to savour each bite. At one point we found the cheese room and We were treating ourselves so hadn’t really thought about it since it was a special menu but we were able to use our Accor Plus card for 10% off which was a nice touch.

The TernaryNovotel Sydney on Darling Harbour
- Lia

The first time I visited Sydney I was staying at the Ibis Darling Harbour and that evening on my way out to find some food I happened to bump into another Accor Plus member in the lift (I spotted their card and we got chatting). They mentioned The Ternary next door at Novotel Darling Harbour was a favourite of theirs and so, after a wander around the bay, I dropped in. Honestly, I didn’t know what to expect but I have to say the meal was delicious. Joko had a steak while I opted for a curry. It was rich and flavourful but what really struck me was the service. The staff seemed genuinely happy to help with recommendations for the menu and were wonderful with the kids, I think that’s what struck me the most.
