An Afternoon of Premium Whiskey Pairings and Shared Lunch Hosted by Larry Emdur

Join us at Terrace on Two, Mercure Sydney, for an exclusive afternoon with The Ben Buckler Whisky, hosted by Larry Emdur – founder of The Ben Buckler.

Settle in on our open air rooftop overlooking Sydney CBD and enjoy a share style lunch featuring whisky inspired dishes, accompanied by four Ben Buckler inspired cocktails.

Throughout the afternoon, hear the story behind The Ben Buckler Whisky and enjoy the opportunity to meet Larry Emdur.

Additional drinks will also be available to purchase from the bar.

To finish the experience, every guest will take home a complimentary 700ml bottle of The Ben Buckler Whisky, valued at $95, personally signed by Larry Emdur on the day. Made from a combination of ex Tawny Port and bourbon barrels, The Ben Buckler is a single malt whisky with approachable sweetness and a deliciously savoury character.
