“Cooking Class” is a much-beloved activity at Premier Residences Phu Quoc Emerald Bay. Here, guests will be accompanied by the talented chefs to discover Phu Quoc’s multi-layered cuisine, as well as learn more about unique recipes to breathe new life into dishes that seem to be very familiar such as Banh Xeo (Vietnamese pancake), Banh Cuon (Vietnamese steamed cake), and spring rolls.

Roll up your sleeves, wear an apron, and join our talented chefs at Clubhouse Restaurant on a creative and fun culinary journey. At the end of the masterclass, you will also receive a certificate issued by the resort!   • Banh Xeo (Vietnamese pancake) making class: Monday from 2:00pm to 4:00pm
  • Banh Cuon (Vietnamese steamed cake) making class: Wednesday from 2:00pm to 4:00pm
  • Spring roll making class: Thursday from 10:00 to 11:00
